ReplyDeleteWhat do you think is more exploitative of the drunk people being photographed: people posing with them, or taking pictures of their underwear/up their skirts/urine-soaked pants?
Please let us have your opinion as to whether this is comparable to Blackout Korea or not.
Once I told an editor of a magazine, "If there were just passed out people in BOK photos without posers, I could express just one worry about violation of portrait rights. At that time when a passed out people was taken as a picture, he was in a stigmatic moment of his life. It is why BOK had not to expose the poor people's faces online."
